The problem

What goes wrong after a storm?

Three things cost Dallas homeowners the most after hail. None of them are visible from the driveway.

Hail

Hidden hail damage

Hail bruises shingles and knocks off the granules that protect them. From the ground the roof looks fine. The leak shows up months later, and your policy may have a deadline for filing.

What we do: walk the roof, mark every hit and photograph it before it turns into a leak.

Insurance

Confusing insurance claims

Adjusters, deductibles, depreciation, supplements. Most homeowners file a roof claim once or twice in their life. The people on the other side of it handle them every day.

What we do: give you a photo report, meet your adjuster on the roof and explain the scope in plain words.

Contractors

Storm-chaser crews that vanish

Out-of-state crews follow the storm, collect a deposit and move on. When the roof leaks next spring, the number on the yard sign doesn't answer.

What we do: work from Dallas, sign a written scope and stand behind the job with a workmanship warranty.

    FAQ

    What else should I know?

Still unsure? The inspection is free, and we'll answer these on the roof with you.

It depends on your policy and what the adjuster finds. We document the damage with photos and measurements, meet your adjuster on site if you want us there, and explain the scope in plain words. We can't promise an outcome, and you'll still owe your deductible.

Most single-family replacements take one to two days on site once materials arrive . Weather can move the date. We confirm the day before we start.

Not for the install. We need access to the driveway and yard, and a quick walk-through with you before we start. For the inspection, being home helps so we can check the attic, but it isn't required.

Two: the shingle manufacturer's material warranty and our workmanship warranty. You get both in writing at the final walk-through.

Yes, through a third-party lender, subject to approval. You can combine financing with insurance proceeds for any part of the job the claim doesn't cover.
