The Ninth is a coworking building for freelancers and small teams. Each floor does one job: desks, focus rooms, meetings, coffee, fresh air. Ride up and look around.
- Front desk staffed weekdays, 8am to 7pm
- Mail and package handling for members
- Step-free entrance and an elevator to every floor
Floor 3: Open desks
Take any free seat. Stay all day.
Long shared tables by the windows, with power at every seat. No booking needed: come in, plug in, leave when you're done.
- Wired and Wi-Fi internet
- Monitors to borrow from the front desk
- Quiet hours every morning, 9am to noon
Floor 4: Focus rooms
A room with a door that shuts.
One-person rooms for deep work and calls. Book an hour or a whole afternoon. When the light over the door is on, nobody knocks.
- Desk, task light and a proper chair
- Sound-treated walls and glass doors
- Book up to 3 hours at a time
Floor 5: Meeting rooms
Meet clients somewhere better than a coffee shop.
Rooms for 4 to 10 people with a big table, a screen and a whiteboard. Members get meeting hours each month. Anyone can book by the hour.

Floor 7: Kitchen and events
Coffee all day. People on Thursdays.
A full kitchen with free coffee and tea, and a long island to eat at. Most Thursday evenings it turns into a room for member talks and demos.

Floor 9: Roof terrace
Take the laptop outside.
Shaded tables, lounge chairs and outdoor power on the roof. Take a call with the Brooklyn skyline behind you, or just take a break.

Basement: Bikes, showers, lockers
Ride in, shower, start the day.
Bike storage, showers and day lockers on the lower level. Cycle in and still look ready for your 10am.
