The service

I design and build AI-driven automation workflows (WhatsApp replies, voice, CRM, scheduling) for your business, either as a monthly subscription or a one-off build with an optional support retainer.

Subscription & billing

The subscription plan is billed monthly and is month-to-month — there is no fixed term and no lock-in. Cancel any time; you'll keep access through the end of the period already paid for.

Yours to keep

Every workflow built for you is yours. If you cancel, the automations, message templates, and configurations stay with you — they don't stop working because you stopped paying me for monitoring and changes.

What's not included

Third-party costs (WhatsApp Business API fees, hosting, calendar or CRM subscriptions) are billed separately by those providers and aren't part of my fee.

Ninety-day guarantee

If, ninety days after launch, the system hasn't booked back more in value than the setup fee cost you, I keep rebuilding and tuning it at no charge until it does. This applies to the setup fee only, not ongoing monthly payments, and is assessed against the value of calls the system books, not guaranteed revenue or closed sales.

Liability

The system is built to your approved rules and message templates, and to hand off anything it's not confident about. I'm not liable for business outcomes, missed leads, or third-party service outages beyond my control. My total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding three months.
