1. Service Description

Vishal Chopde ("we", "us", or "our") provides custom AI automation systems for real estate agents and businesses. These services include, but are not limited to, lead automation, AI chatbots, AI voice agents, and CRM workflow optimization.

2. Payment Terms

Our standard pricing structure involves:

• Upfront Setup Fee: Ranging from $2,000 to $5,000, payable before the commencement of the project.
• Monthly Retainer (Optional): A recurring monthly fee for ongoing maintenance, API monitoring, and system updates.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of AI development and the immediate allocation of resources, we maintain a No Refund policy for setup fees.

Exception: If a technical bug or system failure is reported and we are unable to resolve it within 14 days of being notified, a partial refund may be considered at our sole discretion.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful implementation, clients agree to:

• Cover all third-party API costs (e.g., OpenAI, Vapi, WhatsApp Cloud API) directly associated with their systems.
• Provide timely feedback and necessary access to platforms (CRM, website, etc.) within 48 hours of a request.
• Ensure all data provided for AI training is accurate and legally obtained.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% accuracy, AI models may occasionally produce unexpected results. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruptions resulting from the use of our AI systems.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Aurangabad, Maharashtra.
